Friday Night Writes needs your help!
From the beginning, it has always been incredibly important to us that Friday Night Writes remains a free platform through which we can foster safe spaces and build our book community. This has not and will not change. However, despite our best efforts to maintain this platform without asking for help, the time has come when we're forced to recognize that running a platform such as this comes with expenses, especially as it expands to include more and more of those who make our community amazing.

Friday Night Writes will NEVER ask interview participants to pay for exposure, nor will we charge readers for access to our weekly spotlights. Instead, what we would like to do at this time is offer completely voluntary sponsorship options to those who want to help us keep Friday Night Writes running.

So, how will this work for our sponsors? Below, you can see the sponsorship options. Each tier addresses something that will allow us to keep the platform functional and/or support our guests, readers, and charities. Depending upon the cost required to achieve our goal, a limited number of sponsorships are available for each tier. Once those spaces are filled, the tier will no longer be available. (One point of clarification --- sponsorship is a one-time expense. We will not bill you on a cycle. If you wish to renew once your feature term has ended, you can totally do that, but we will not ask you to!)

In return for their generosity, sponsors will receive special promotion from Friday Night Writes. We will add their photo/logo, author biography, links to their platforms and sites, etc. to the page underneath the pledge they have chosen to fulfill. These features will remain in place until the need to purchase such an item arises again. (We will provide an estimated amount of time the sponsorship will last along with the tier description to the best of our capabilities.) In addition, sponsors will receive shout-outs on our platforms, including but not limited to the Facebook Group, newsletters, Instagram, and Threads. Some sponsorship tiers also include the option of a video interview.
As always, our goal is to be as transparent as possible because neither Evie Black nor Samantha Moran seek to profit from your donations. If you would like to fulfill a tier or have questions about sponsorships, please reach out to us! You can message us at fridaynightwritesinfo@gmail.com.

Important Note: Should excess funds arise from sponsorships, all funds will be used to replenish these needs or will be donated to the yearly charitable organization. (For 2025, this would be The National Alliance on Mental Illness.) Any and all uses of funds beyond what is written here will be disclosed immediately.

Thank you to all who may consider sponsoring Friday Night Writes. We appreciate your generosity.

Rebecca Jose
Thank you to Rebecca Jose for sponsoring our domain name, www.fridaynightwrites.com! Because of her generosity, we can now deliver our interviews with more credibility. We are very grateful!

Rebecca Jose resides in a charming small town in the heart of Kentucky. From a young age, she harbored a passion for writing, but it wasn't until she discovered the world of independent publishing that she could truly pursue her dreams. During the homebound days of the pandemic in 2020, Rebecca began transforming the numerous stories she had written in her youth into full-fledged novels. Today, she proudly boasts many published works, with many more on the horizon.
Rebecca finds joy in her work at a local historical site in Harrodsburg, Kentucky when she is not writing at home. She cherishes spending time with her husband, grandchildren, and family. Her dream is to create countless stories for readers to enjoy for years to come, and she hopes her legacy will leave a lasting impression on all who know her.

Thank you to Bobbie Isablel/Leya Layne for sponsoring our monthly newsletter! Because of her generosity, we can now deliver our interviews to even more readers!

Bobbie Isabel is a lover of words. She spent her childhood escaping into books and finding solace in the public library. Her career in education circled around language in all its forms (spoken, aural, written, etc.), and she takes all of those experiences into account in her writing. As an adult, she finds healing in poetry, exploring themes such as vulnerability and authenticity in her poems. When writing as Leya Layne, she explores her romantic and spicy side with stories and tropes meant for readers 18 and over. When she’s not writing, you can find her in the audience reveling in the language-rich environment of musical theater.
