D. Raven is a single mom of a special needs child living in the Midwest. When caring for her child made it impossible to work outside the home, she turned to writing, both in pursuit of a lifelong passion, and creative refuge.
 

An avid reader and lover of music, D. Raven finds joy in quiet moments with friends and the worlds she builds on the page. Fiercely introverted but endlessly imaginative, she pours her heart into stories that remind us strength often grows in the softer places.
