Tell us a little bit about yourself. Who are you?

I am a master intuitive channeler in high demand for my tarot readings, with clients on every continent but Antarctica. Born in New York City, I first put my intuitive skills to work as a professional wine taster, instructor, and sommelier in the elite institutions of Manhattan, Portugal, and Aspen. In 2014, I was drawn to begin reading tarot cards, an ancient practice that does not presume to “predict the future” but offers insight through conversation, perspectives, and self-reflections which can guide one to become one’s most authentic self. During the Covid pandemic, I used the tarot cards to channel my own past lives. Weeks of readings, all captured on video, inspired the time-bending series of novels that is Arcanum. I am the mother of two and lives in Florida.

What are a few of your favorite things/least favorite things?

My very favorite thing is to spend time with my children and those I love. I also love my work as an intuitive and tarot card reader. Plus, traveling is one of my passions.

Did you always want to be an author?

No. Never. Becoming an author took me completely by surprise.

If not, what did you want to be when you were a child?

I wanted to be a surgeon for a long time.

Do you have anything that you’re truly passionate about outside of writing? (Could be a cause, a project, etc.)

My work as an intuitive channeler and tarot card reader is my main passion and purpose. It gives me a fulfillment I have never felt in the work arena of my life.

How long have you been writing?

I started writing in 2022.

Which genres do you write in?

Arcanum is the only thing I have ever written so the only genre I write in is fiction.

What do you enjoy most and least about being an author?

What I enjoy most is the creative process and birthing something beautiful into the world. What I enjoy least is the multitude of steps required to turn the manuscript into a book. But I have met the most incredible people to support me on this journey so I am very fortunate.

How do you deal with writer’s block?

Because I channeled this entire novel series using my tarot cards, I do not suffer from writer’s block. The story comes through me, not from me, so anything I need is always available.

How many books do you currently have published? Tell us about them.

There are currently 2 books published in the Arcanum series with 4 more planned.

ree

Book 1, In the Temple Shadows, takes you to the past life in Ancient Egypt.

ree

Book 2, Whispers in the Forest, continues the saga in Renaissance France.

Where do you get the inspiration for your books? Do you insert pieces of yourself and people you know into your books?

In 2017, I tried a past life regression experience and the information I was told is what inspired me to use my tarot cards to find out more about the past lives my soul has supposedly lived most recently. What resulted from that inquiry was an incredible story of 8 past lives that are so rich in love, heartbreak, betrayal, passion, intrigue, etc., that I turned them into the Arcanum series.

Do you have any advice for unpublished writers or people who hope to become authors?

We all have a story to tell or share. But the idea of writing can paralyze us into never actually trying. My best advice is to simply sit down and start typing. You will be amazed at how quickly the words, and the story comes out of you.

What is the best gift you have been given?

My children

What's the most daring thing you've ever done?

I went hand gliding over Copacabana beach in Rio de Janeiro. Jumping off the side of a perfectly good mountain was terrifying!

Do you collect anything besides books?

Tarot card decks. I have too many to count.

Where can we find you online?

Do you have any planned events?

I have a book tour Planned for this summer in various cities throughout the US and a few other countries.
